£90 million valued goal-scoring striker told to get Arsenal transfer deal done before Mikel Arteta return from DUBAI!

Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah is being advised by an insider to leave the Premier League giants this transfer window.

The academy graduate has contributed six goals and four assists in all competitions this season, but has found himself on the bench almost every week under Mikel Arteta.

It is no secret that Arsenal want a striker in January – meaning Nketiah would fall even further down the pecking order at the club – and that has led to speculation that he is a player the Gunners are ready to sell.

This has led to reports that West Ham and Newcastle are interested in the player, as both clubs know that they need to add another striker to their attack, although the £50 million price tag is a bit high.

Chris Sutton, amidst all the speculation, advised the striker to leave the north London club: “If I’m Eddie Nketiah, I’m wondering how I’m doing on the bench and thinking I have no future at Arsenal unless I start as a central striker.

“[Mikel Arteta is] desperate, I understand that, but what message does that send to Nketiah, if Havertz is number nine, what is Nketiah thinking?

“If I’m Nketiah I’m thinking I can’t stay at Arsenal anymore, if you’re playing with a guy who has shackles on him, come on, he has no future at Arsenal.”
