Ceadach O’Neill, 17, makes Northern Ireland U21 debut against Georgia

Arsenal youngster Ceadach O’Neill made his debut for Northern Ireland U21s as he featured in a 1-1 draw away to Georgia in a European Championship qualifier.

O’Neill, who has enjoyed an excellent start to the season for Arsenal, came on in the 82nd minute as a replacement for Eoin Kenny.

The 17-year-old has previously been called up by his country at U19, U17 and U16 levels.

Earlier today right-back Josiah King provided an assist for England U17s in a 7-5 win against Germany.

Max Dowman played the first half as England U17s won 4-1 against the Netherlands. Jack Porter was an unused substitute, while Demiane Agustien was named on the bench for the Netherlands.

Brayden Clarke was captain for Wales U19s in their 3-1 defeat to Belgium.

Callan Hamill captained Scotland in a 2-1 loss to Italy.
