Arsenal U15 goalkeeper Charlie Phillips has been given the squad number 99 for this season.
Phillips was the third-choice goalkeeper this week as Arsenal U19s faced Athletic Bilbao away in the UEFA Youth League.
The shot-stopper has progressed all the way through the ranks at Hale End and will be eligible for a scholarship contract from the 2027/28 season.
Phillips has been on the bench for the U18s on three occasions, the first of which was when he was an U14 player.
He is the second schoolboy to be given a squad number this season after Kyran Thompson, who has number 96.
Numbers 97 and 98 are still free in case other schoolboys are called up in the UEFA Youth League or the EFL Trophy.
Max Dowman was the previous player to be given the number 99 shirt.
