Reiss Nelson will spend the remainder of the season on loan at Brentford after the Bees reached an agreement to bring him into their squad.
The winger previously impressed during a short loan spell at Fulham, although his time there was unfortunately disrupted by injuries. These setbacks forced Arsenal to terminate the arrangement early, with Nelson returning to the Emirates for treatment.
Arsenal have since strengthened their attacking options over the summer, particularly in the wide areas, which has limited the opportunities available for Nelson. With game time likely to be scarce if he remained, the decision was made to seek a temporary move elsewhere. Brentford stepped forward with a proposal, and Nelson will now continue his development at the Gtech Community Stadium.
