In a joint story with Mauro Munno from Juventus News 24, Arseblog News understands that Serie A Femminile side Juventus are interested in Arsenal’s long serving midfielder Lia Walti.
The Swiss international joined the club in the summer of 2018 from Turbine Potsdam and has won a WSL title, a Champions League and two Conti Cups in North London, striking up a midfield partnership with Kim Little that has been the heartbeat of the Arsenal team over the last seven years.
Our understanding is that contact has been established between the clubs in recent weeks with Juve heavily determined to strike a deal before the Italian transfer deadline closes on September 10.
